Electronic Submission
The Journal strongly prefers contributors to electronically submit manuscripts through Scholastica or ExpressO. In addition to ExpressO, Journal does encourage submissions via email. If this is the preferred route, please email manuscripts to mississippilawjournal@gmail.com. Please indicate the word SUBMISSION in the subject line of your email.
Hard Copy Submission
If a hard copy submission is necessary, please mail the manuscript to:

Manuscript Format
The Journal prefers 12-point font and double-spaced typeface.
Length Limitations
The Journal prefers manuscripts to be over 10,000 words in length. This number includes text and footnotes.
Citation Format
Please use footnotes rather than endnotes. Footnotes should conform to the Twenty-First Edition of The Bluebook. Contributors are encouraged to have 145 or more footnotes.
