Supra is the online companion to the Mississippi Law Journal. Supra features (1) short essays by faculty members, other scholars, and practitioners; (2) full length articles; and (3) student comments.
Our goal for Supra is to create a forum for scholarly content that will foster discussion and can be easily cited. Supra, of course, refers a reader to a previously cited authority, and that is exactly what our publication, Supra, does. Through our work, readers are given a synthesis of previously cited materials to help guide their studies and decisions.
Although new content is added to the site periodically, all articles are archived for later viewing.
Supra is formatted and paginated like our printed volume, and should be cited as follows:
Author’s Name, Content Title, 81 Miss. L.J. Supra 1 (2012), http://mslj.law.olemiss.edu/mlj_online/volume80/contenttype/author.pdf.
